Surprising revelations from Johor Wildlife Protection Society and their latest appeal for information and photos from the public on Apr 19 has cast doubts on whether they and Vincent Chow have photographic evidence of Orang Lenggor as claimed earlier.. In fact, based on what they told the Malaysian Chinese press, one is led to think that they do not have any actual photographs. What they have is photographs of footprints, eyewitness description of photographs and eyewitness description of bigfoot on which they build up their case on how Orang Lenggor look and behave..

The beginning : Interview with Alan

From the main road from Kahang to Mersing, around 4 km from the city centre, you can turn into a deserted mining field, then an oil plantation and into Kampung Punjut. From here along a logger road, into the river is where Hamid saw the Bigfoot.

If you go deeper into the forest Lenggor forest, you will find the tent where Ah Long found the Bigfoot. This is about 18 km away from Kahang, if you enter by car, you need 1 hr.

Johor Wildlife Protection Society (JWPS) this time organised a bigfoot finding activity, led by Wei Poh Ching and Wei Shang Lai, followed by many Kahang residents and media.

Alan, the village headman told SIN CHEW news that the bigfoot legend is known for a long time in the Orang Asli’s village. Because the Bigfoot shows many white teeth, they are also called Hantu Jarang Gigi. Another type of bigfoot is called Pa chiow (?) Bigfoot and is like a small child.

Alan said Bigfoot does not eat people, but they use their enormous big arms to break branches and pluck the fresh leaves to eat. Sometimes they go to rivers to catch turtles(?) open the shell to suck the blood.

Alan said he is 57 years now, all these years he heard about Bigfoot 3 – 4 times. But Orang Asli go to forest to make a living, so they don’t bring camera to take bigfoot pictures, but he believe their description of bigfoot is correct.

Alan said that the bigfoot sightings occur at Lenggor forest and Sungai Macha (?) He also said that 15 – 16 years ago, he also heard people said they saw bigfoot in Endau Rompin. Alan said only very lucky people can see Bigfoot. Bigfoot is like a spirit, he knows every corner of the forest and can appear any time. (Sin Chew News)

Johor Wildlife Protection Society disclosed that the Bigfoot photo news is now very valuable
Johor Wildlife Protection Society (JWPS) members at a press conference on Sat say that they have a member who have stayed in the forest for 6 years and met with bigfoot many times. Also it is very possible the member has the bigfoot pictures. But JWPS said that they will not release any information and data as the government has not mentioned any protection strategy for the Bigfoot. Also many foreigners may want firsthand information about Bigfoot and JWPS did not know why they need such kind of information.

At the press conference, JWPS also displayed 5 fresh photos of bigfoot prints. It shows a footprint of a 4 ft small bigfoot, age between 12 – 16 years old. This small bigfoot was eating food at a tent built by a Chinese and left behind the series of footprints. When the bigfoot left, the Chinese took a snapshot of the footprints. 5 digits can be clearly seen, one can also see the footpad.

Meantime JWPS revealed that someone has put an offer of 170,000 RM for the photographs, but they ignore it. It is state property and JWPS will protect it. But this also reveal that the photographs are very valuable.

According to JWPS, according to their information and by tracking the movements of the bigfoot path, they know that one bigfoot is dying..
Perhaps they can transport the dead bigfoot for scientific analysis.

JWPS said that when the bigfoot is about to die, all the bigfoots will wait at a cemetery, the bigfoot will then be buried. If we want to transport the dead bigfoot, we must find someone who can communicate with the bigfoot.

The press release by JWPS about the colony of 40 Orang Lenggor has shocked many people. The revelation that they have studied Orang Lenggor for 6 years is also very surprising.

2 weeks after the press release, we are still awaiting for evidence for JWPS. Now JWPS has invite this journalist, photographers to Mersing and Kahang forest to look for and study Bigfoot.

JWPS chairman Mr Wong also attended this hunt. He pointed that Mersing and Kahang forest is near Endau Rompin forest, and has become the nesting ground for a colony of 11 bigfoot.

Before the trip, JWPS is confident of finding bigfoot tracks. They even bring along an Orang Lenggor expert.

But Mr Wong remind the trip members that luck is very important to sight any bigfoot.

Mr Wong point out that Mersing forest is a main path for the Orang Lenggor for food as it is near vegetable and fruit farm. He said JWPS intend to ask the government for a 60 hectare land so that they can grow crop for the bigfoot.

As expected, the one day trip turn out nothing. No sights, no tracks, no footprints, not even broken branches. Even the Orang Lenggor expert was seen asking the Orang Asli whether they have met Bigfoot or not, as if doubting the Orang Asli.

As the trip comes to an end, Mr Wong said that basically JWPS members are divided over which route to take in the trip, so they may be unlucky not to have seen Bigfoot.

This has planted doubt in many people’s mind about the so called evidence of JWPS and why they are not releasing the evidence.

      END OF STORY TWO

JWPS’s Appeal for More Bigfoot Data for Research
      Apr 19

      Sin Chew News Apr 19

JWPS Wei Poh Chin said, recently there are many claims about people seeing Bigfoot, even having photographs. JWPS is now asking anyone with BigFoot data to come forward and contact the society, and let the researcher use these data to study further. Also the data can be used to hold BIGFOOT exhibitions and seminars.

Wei and JWPS Secretary Tay Ting Wah told Sin Chew News that recently a friend from Segamat said he seen 6 Black and White photos of Bigfoot 30 years ago. At that time the friend was still a primary school student and once he played truant and ran away with another boy to the other boy house. At the house, he saw the bigfoot photos, one big bigfoot and one small bigfoot and also footprints.

When the friend read about the bigfoot news in Johor, he remembered about the incident 30 years ago at his old childhood friend house. So he called up the childhood friend, but the childhood said he have already thrown away the bigfoot photos when he moved house.

This Segamat man said he still has fresh recollections of the photos he seen 30 years ago at his childhood friend house, it showed a furry animal and bigger than gorillas. His childhood friend’s father is a logger and once at Kuala Yen Pin (?) while cutting log, the animal came into their tent to eat and so they took the pictures.

Wei further disclosed that according to loggers’ community, there are many loggers in Johor who have heard or seen Bigfoot, but very few told the press about it and fewer want to share the information. Perhaps in the past there is no organisation to collect this kind of information, and also people does not know what to do with these kind of Bigfoot data.

He said Johor State Minister Datuk Abdul Ghani met JWPS committee members and agree to JWPS’s proposal to build more fruit trees around areas where Bigfoot are spotted. JWPS has got the approval from the state government to handle and collect Bigfoot data and use it wisely for Bigfoot research.

He said JWPS has reached an research agreement with researchers. Currently the local researchers are in a dilemna as there is lack of data and information.

But if someone is willing to give BIGFOOT pictures, hair samples etc, it will be very useful for BIGFOOT research.

After JWPS has collected all these data, they will pass to experts to analyse the data.

Those with actual experience with Bigfoot can also contact him, JWPS will send people to interview the witness and record the evidence.

Personally I think they got the luck part the other way round… it should be someone who is very low down in luck to see such a creature, if it is based on luck.

Most of all, if they would say that it all depends on luck, the way to do it is to invite someone whose past is very used to seeing spirits and at this point of life working towards doing lots of charity and merit sharing with the deceased (like myself… hahaha!!)

Then definitely can see something, then we will not only have bigfoot, we can have small foot, long foot, short foot, side-ways’ foot, broad foot, narrow foot….

Well, latest news is that now Kahang Forest, which leads into Lenggor, where the Orang Lenggor (or Orang Dalam) was seen by the Johor Wildlife Society, as well by our 2 witness Amir and Along, has been sealed off, with signboard saying ‘shoot to kill’.

Even the Malaysians are now barred from there.

No action however, have been done over at Kota Tinggi Kampung Lukut/Gunung Panti forest side, except they want to preserve it as a bird sanctury, which i formerly wrote. Read here.

This is perhaps they too believe that the Bigfoot creature lies in there? And not Kota Tinggi? As many Bigfoot seekers have been mislead into belieiving?

It is good to read the news now and know that events are transpiring as per written in our Bigfoot article:

“Then the Malaysian Authorities should take heed of the suggestion given to undertake aerial mapping of the area boundary pf Madek/Lenggor/Sedili/Panti forests to ensure and stop all illegal forest encroachments and as well as to map out an Orang Dalam Preservation Zone.”
