In an email to STOMP today (Sept 16), the STOMPer says:
“The Asia Paranormal Investigators (API) received this photo from an avid photographer named Lai Fu.
“It is a photo taken of a shed in the backyard.
“Attention is drawn to the whitish apparition appearing on the right of the photo, on the top blue plastic drum.
“The usual scientific explanation is that the surface of an object is never perfect and the uneven surface could reflect light unevenly. The human eye then resolves the images into familiar shapes that the human mind can understand. But could the spirit of a ghost, having retained his image when he was alive, be accidentally caught on camera?
“I showed the photo to two other persons, and asked them to sketch for me what they saw.
“The two sketches by two different persons showed almost the same detail. It showed a Chinese man seemingly from ancient times, wearing the traditional head gear.”
